Civida is managing Women Building Futures’ affordable housing units in Edmonton.

This well-maintained apartment is equipped with an elevator and is a smoke-free, pet-free building that is geared to women residents only. Rent includes utilities – power, water and heat. All suites can be rented furnished or unfurnished.

Note: This is a crime free building and all clients 18 and over must sign a crime free addendum prior to residing

All units require s security deposit equivalent to one (1) month rent.
