Geoffrey Oberg appointed Civida Board Chair, Effective January 1, 2025 

 

January 6, 2025 (Edmonton, Alberta) – The Civida Board of Directors are pleased to announce Geoffrey Oberg as the new Chair of the Board, effective January 1, 2025.

Geoffrey Oberg, a proud Edmontonian for over 25 years, is a partner with Kingston Ross Pasnak LLP, practicing in the Audit, Assurance, and Business Advisory Group. With over 20 years of experience working with privately held companies, non-profits, and government bodies, he combines professional expertise with a passion for community service.

A long-time volunteer and Board Director for several organizations, Geoff was honoured in 2020 with the Distinguished Service Award by CPA Alberta for his leadership excellence in community and volunteer services, as well as his innovative contributions to the accounting field.
