District Offices

Your district team is here to support you with every aspect of your tenancy. They can help you with:

• Building and property care: They ensure your building and property are well cared for.
• Annual inspections: They carry out annual home inspections, receive maintenance requests, and coordinates with the Maintenance Technician for performing repairs, including pest control when needed.
• Leasing support: They help you with leasing needs, such as viewing suites, signing leases, transferring homes, key handover, and completing move-in/move-out inspections.
• Annual income reviews and rent support: They review your income each year, adjust your rent when required, and support you with payment arrangements.
• Snow and ice removal arrangements: They make sure snow and ice removal is arranged for your property to support safe access during winter season.
• Site cleanliness and safety: They help keep properties clean and safe through general upkeep, visual inspections, and posting notices or updates in common areas.

• District G Office Permanently Closed: Reach Out to District H

  Civida is making some operational changes. As a result, the District G office is now permanently closed for walk-in visits, effective immediately.

  District G tenants can continue to receive the same level of service from your district team at our District H office, located in the Civida Londonderry building.
