You are receiving this letter because you are on Civida’s Community Housing or Rent Assistance Benefit (RAB) priority list, and we need you to update your information.
The Government of Alberta has recently made changes to the Social Housing Accommodation Regulation (SHAR). These updates are intended to make the application process more equitable and simpler.
As a result, all current applicants on Civida’s priority list must update their application information to remain eligible.
Please log in to your Applicant Portal account as soon as possible and provide the new information by December 31, 2023.
If we do not receive your updated information by December 31, 2023, your application will no longer be eligible and will be removed from the priority list.
If you are applying for Rent Assistance Benefit (RAB) and you reside outside the Edmonton area, please apply with the appropriate housing management body for your region.
