District Offices
District offices are the main contact point for tenants to address any problems, maintenance concerns, or questions about their home. Contact information for the district offices is provided to each tenant at the lease signing appointment.
Visiting the Main Office
Support for Civida tenants can largely be provided through your District Office. If for any reason you need to visit the Civida Main Office in person, make an appointment using our online form.
Paying your Rent
You can pay your rent in several ways. This includes pre-authorized debit, e-transfer, money orders, and more.
