Community resources
Neighbourhood Response | City of Edmonton
The City of Edmonton developed a neighbourhood response tool that helps you make the right call at the right time. It covers a range of situations from witnessing vandalism, intoxication and substance abuse to property and business concerns and provides tangible steps to increase safety and minimize risk.
Parent & Child Drop-in Groups | Norwood Child and Family Resource Centre
Connect with Norwood and other families in your community with their fun and free drop-in parent-child groups. These groups help you boost your child’s learning and development through play!
Affordable Homeownership | Habitat For Humanity
Interested in affordable homeownership? Habitat For Humanity build homes in family-friendly communities and sell them to qualifying homeowners. Habitat homeownership requires the homeowner to volunteer 500 hours, but there is no down-payment for the home. Each homeowner has affordable monthly payments that bring stability to their housing situation.
Community Centre Programming | Civida
A number of programs are operated out of Civida properties, such as epl2go, BGCBigs’ Club Connect, AA groups and more.
